i have created a podcast from this blog.
all the entries have been recorded and then created episodes from a few at a time.

for those who care about these things it was recorded and edited on a macbook pro using Logic Pro and an old well travelled Shure SM58. I have no idea what i am doing as i usually just hold the microphone, so i apologise if it has a whiff of cobbled together.

a blog less ordinary 
As a survivor, I’ve read many words in an effort to understand. Words are powerful, but hearing them spoken carries the feeling behind them in a different way. Your voice makes it real; this is a person. Thank you for sharing both your words and your voice.
